Alter/ed Perspective

Oh yes guys I'm still alive! :) I needed to take a short hiatus because I had to prepare for something big  that's going to happen in my life soon, hehe...but don't worry I'm going to let you know about it soon. So anyway, I just had the opportunity to attend a graduation fashion show c/o my friend's brother NJ Oropesa. 

Last March 22, the Fashion Design and Merchandising Graduates of the College of St. Benilde held a grad show at the Rockwell Tent that they entitled, Altered Perspective. 

Hosted by Ms. Divine Lee, their edgy and sexy show started with a full house.

9 Days of Christmas Bazaar: Day 3

This is it Day 3! We had to make the most out of this day, not only in terms of sales but also to meet and bond with our booth sisters and neighbors :) 

We decided to dress our mannequin in my current favorite look, "Military and Lace"

Met up with my closest college friends last Monday for  our friends' Carl and Drew's homecoming  and here's what I wore:

I wore this flowy Sheer Kimono on top of a lace blouse with denim shorts and flats for a sweet but stylish laid back look.

Sorry I have been MIA this past few weeks, I have been undergoing some Tretinion treatments to calm my breakouts. I was planning to pile on some make up to cover them up but on second thought, I think I'll just leave them be and heal. So anyway, my sister's had exposure on my blog and my shop already, I'd like you to see her in her own clothes so that you can check out her style too.

Little Birthday Boy

Last weekend, my super cute "inaanak" or godson turned one. Max happens to be my best friend Karen's (of Snap Snap Freeze) little boy.  I went there with my sister and boyfriend and had a Jolly good time! :)

Project: couple shoot :)

A couple of posts ago, I had a collaboration with my friend Karen Luzon for our latest collection; and for weeks now we’ve been planning another shoot to add to her portfolio, a couple shoot! J well, it would be presented as an engagement shoot but we’d like to call it a couple shoot since my boyfriend and I aren't engaged "yet" (imagine how our parents would think when they find out that we were going to have a prenup shoot without their knowledge! *well this actually happened, my mom asked me about this and we clearly told her it was a COUPLE SHOOT, haha!) .

we've had a lot of photos taken from our camera phone but we'd love to have  a styled shoot :)

We were supposed to do the shoot last weekend but typhoon “Ferdie” had good timing wrecking havoc in Metro Manila; so there we were a bit sad cause of the weather but thankful that it would buy us more time to prepare the clothes (more trips to the thrift shop!) and the backdrop and props that would make our shoot more interesting and a little less amateur (we’ll try our best J )

Stormy Dark Knight Date

Woke up on a very rainy Saturaday morning, I impulsively decided to reserve movie tickets for my boyfriend and I and watch the Dark Knight (well this was to surprise the boyf). I wasn't even sure we would see the movie because of the flood outside, but we still managed to drop by at Glorietta 4 and line up to get our tickets :) Here's what we wore:

Met up with the boyfriend at 8am and then started our travel to Tagaytay by bus. Look how big my smile was! :)

Impromptu date! The Philippine Army Museum

It was "bring-your-girlfriend-to-work" day and the my boyfriend and I have been planning to have a simple couple shoot around the gardens of Fort Bonifacio that day, little did we know that there was an event on the venue and we had to prepare a letter for a couple of military officers for our shoot. So, we postponed our plan and he toured me around the camp and had an impromptu date at the Philippine Army Museum. We didn't expect that we're having and educational date but we had so much fun! :)

Lovely Bones
